If you access MeshyAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates posted by us.
2) Description and Use of the Tool
MeshyAI provides a prompt-assistance experience intended to help creators, designers, and technical artists structure text instructions for AI-driven 3D workflows. The Service may include style selectors, material inputs, guidance content, examples, and export-ready prompt text. MeshyAI is an assistance and productivity resource, not an automated quality assurance system or engineering certification service.
You are responsible for reviewing all generated or suggested output before use in production, publication, commerce, or regulated contexts. You should perform independent validation for technical suitability, legal compliance, intellectual property clearance, and safety considerations relevant to your project.
3) No Guarantees on AI Outputs
The Service does not guarantee that generated prompts or resulting AI outputs will be accurate, complete, non-infringing, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, or suitable for any commercial use case. AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inconsistent, biased, or unexpected results even when identical inputs are used.
MeshyAI does not guarantee specific model quality, topology correctness, geometry integrity, print readiness, engine performance, export compatibility, legal clearance, or business outcomes. You acknowledge that all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," and your reliance on any output is at your own risk.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use MeshyAI to:
- Violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Generate, solicit, or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or exploitative.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Interfere with Service reliability, availability, or security (including scraping, automated abuse, denial-of-service behavior, or reverse engineering attempts beyond lawful allowances).
- Use the Service to create malware, phishing content, deceptive schemes, or privacy-invasive tooling.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with MeshyAI or imply endorsement where none exists.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe misuse, abuse, unlawful behavior, or security risk has occurred.
5) Intellectual Property
MeshyAI and its original content, design elements, branding, interface components, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or ownership interest is transferred to you.
Subject to these Terms, you may use generated text outputs for your internal or commercial workflows, provided that your use complies with law and does not infringe third-party rights. You remain solely responsible for determining whether your inputs and outputs may violate copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, contractual restrictions, or other legal obligations.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without compensation or attribution obligations.
6) Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may include links, integrations, or references to third-party services (including AI model providers, analytics tools, or ad networks). We do not control third-party offerings and are not responsible for their availability, security, or legal terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7) Advertising and Sponsored Content
MeshyAI may display advertisements or sponsored placements, including through third-party ad providers. Display of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement of products, services, or claims made by advertisers. You are responsible for evaluating any third-party offer before engaging with it.
8) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or that defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
Content on MeshyAI is informational and operational guidance only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or professional compliance advice.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeshyAI and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or production output, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to MeshyAI for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent legally permitted.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MeshyAI and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
